We issue full refund for bookings cancelled before 4 weeks from the date of arrival.
We charge 50% cancellation fees for the bookings cancelled within period of 4 weeks to 2 weeks from the date of arrival.
For the reservation cancelled within period of 2 weeks from the date of arrival to the date of arrival or a no-show on the date of arrival will be charged for the total stay in full or equivalent to the deposit made (whichever is higher).
Applicable refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the the date of receipt of bank account details from the customer.
